Here’s the advantages of consuming CURD / Butter milk
Some of them say proud that they don’t consume curd or butter milk or milk based products.
But for some of them without curd they can’t live it, even me too I am veggie use to consume 3 times a day with food for the add-on nutrition’s.
Curd is very good for our health, it’s a god’s gift, it helps to reduce the body getting over heated & gives us best digestion process.
If you consume Milk after one hour, only 32% of the milk is digested, but curd/butter milk gets digested of hooping 91%.
In Milk we get Lacto.
But in Curd we get Lactobacillus , it speeds up the digestion process & keeps our belly problem free!!
If you come up with any stomach upset one should consume curd rice only it makes relives a lot, it is being suggested by Doctors too…
Even Milk will slow up the digestion process & feel like heavy, but with Curd/Butter milk doesn’t happen.
In case of heave motions you can consume Fenugreek + a cup of curd, it mostly reduces the problem.
The Paneer which is made after breaking down of milk has the much nutritious & even helps in stopping the vomiting sensation or vomiting too.
Like with Biriyani & some other very spicy food they/we used to have raitha as add-on made with curd & onion, it reduces the harms which is made by spicy items for our stomach & intestines.
When a woman is reaching Menopause, consuming curd is mandatory & very important as it provides the required calcium to our body.
Curd itself has integrated with important Vitamins, proteins, Calcium, Riboflavin Vitamin B.
A protein which is present in the curd gets digested faster than the proteins in the milk.
By consuming Curd / Butter milk we are having more advantages, some of them listed below:
The Bacteria which converts milk to Curd kills the harm full germs in our Intestines.
The Bacteria in the Curd increases the Digestion & triplicates the good bacteria’s
While bathing take a hand full of curd, apply on your head, you get a good nap!!
A perfect mixture of curd with fruit(s) juices helps the skin/nerves exposed to sun & reduces harness. Both curd & fruit juices gives the equitant energy, especially Vitamin “C”.
The germs which caused appendix & motions problem will be killed by the good bacteria’s in the curd/butter milk.
Consuming curd or butter milk with some amount of honey is very good during Jaundice.
Some sort of skin deceases can be cured by curd by applying cloth dipped in curd.
The people, who don’t like to consume curd with food, can be taken in some other ways below:
Curd with Sugar can be consumed as lassie.
Adding of paneer in our food, but not too much as it has fat products.
Consumed as Butter milk, diluting in water with coriander leaves, curry leaves & some light pepper & salt.
